Every Tuesday from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM (Central), my virtual door is open. It’s not a formal training—it’s just me at my desk, available to help.

Common Questions

Do you only work with Texas contractors?
  • Nope. I’m based in Texas, but I work remotely with builders, GCs, and trades all across the U.S. (If you're outside of Texas, we might have a few extra steps for state-specific tax or billing quirks, but it's completely doable.)
  • Currently I work with QuickBooks Online as the main engine. From there, I integrate with job and field management tools like Knowify, CoConstruct, and similar apps so your field data and your financials are actually talking to each other.
  • I don't. If you need HR support, I highly recommend using a payroll provider that includes an HR suite (like QBO Payroll Advanced). I can handle the actual payroll processing through QBO or integrate the reports from your outside payroll provider, but the HR management itself isn't in my wheelhouse.
  • You’ll get a flat, fixed monthly price after we hop on a Fit Call™ and peek under the hood. If your books need a heavy-duty cleanup or a full system buildout before we can start the monthly maintenance, I will quote that upfront as a fixed project. No surprise hourly bills.
